Project Managers are from the start involved in projects and gather information, handle reporting to stake-holders, create analyses and documentation materials. While project work constitutes the main share of their day-to-day business, the other part is made up of actively driving MetGen’s operations by producing materials to support sales and contributing to the company’s development activities. In the beginning of their career at MetGen, Project Managers will receive support from our more experienced staff, and will be mainly guided by the CTO. Pro-active and self-driven managers will benefit most from a continuous learning experience.

They are project experts and can manage various demanding projects on their own. Project Managers carry the responsibility for the operational management of small and medium-sized projects and coordinate the related documentation work. At the same time they work closely with the other project participants to ensure that the project stays on track and the knowledge is transferred to the organization after it has ended.

Even though Project Managers are responsible for the management of complete portfolios, they are also involved in single projects or sub-projects with their expertise.

Project Managers report to CTO.
